- 50% deposit is required to secure your accommodation.
- Deposits must be paid within 48 hours to secure your booking, otherwise, we cannot guarantee your booking.
- Balance to be paid 1 week prior to arrival.
- A reminder invoice will be sent.
- Please note; A damage bond is not charged upfront, however, in the case of damage to the property, the tenant is liable for any repair and understands this clause is in place as soon as the booking is secured.
- The payment of the deposit is client acknowledgement of the damage agreement, should any damage occur.
- We have a strict non refund policy due to the nature of group bookings who book months in advance.
- We cannot secure last minute bookings so if you need to cancel for any unforeseen reasons the deposit is retained.
- Whereby we can refill the booking with other clients, we can then offer alternative dates, however, if we cannot refill the booking, we lose income and thus the 50% deposit is retained for loss of business for ALL cancellations 3 (three) months out from your booking date or longer.
- Any cancellations within 3 months of your booking date that cannot be refilled by another booking, must be paid in FULL.
- Your payment of the deposit is confirmation of your booking and your understanding of these terms and conditions.
- Please keep all your valuables safely stored or take with you when going out. We hold no responsibility for missing or stolen goods.
- Any belongings left at the property will be mailed back as the postage price plus $40 for an hour of time.
