3 Day Wedding Packages
Inclusions
3 night’s accommodation for 20 pax, venue hire, ceremony + barn hire, signing table, equipment hire of tables, chairs, plates, glasses, crockery, napkins, festoon lights.
Catering on the wedding day
Includes grazing board style catering with 5 canapes, cake table, drinks bar (designed for guests to help themselves) or engage our bar tender (*BYO beverages supplied by the wedding party), ice buckets, welcome plaque, 2 chefs and 1 wait staff + 2 managers.
3 course sit down lunches or dinners, buffet and cocktail style can be arranged at additional $150 fee pp.
Rates for 3 nights + Wedding Catering
- 20 pax $15k
- 20-40 pax $20K (extra 20 guests at the wedding day)
- 40-60 pax $25k (extra 20-40 guests at wedding day)
- 60-80 pax 30K (extra 40- 60 guests at the wedding day)
- 80-100 pax $35k (extra 60-80 guests at the wedding day) *Stand up cocktail style only for over 50 guests
Camping Costs
Campers with their own solar power and ablutions $50 per couple or $25 singles per night (min – 2-night charge) *(Portable toilets/showers for camping guests to be hired and paid for by clients.
Non-Inclusions
Alcohol, bar staff, celebrant, photography, videography, fresh flowers, music/DJ/PA system, hair & makeup, personalised signage, wedding styling (other than the current barn styling as is).
